The Washington Friends of the New Baroque Soloists are moving forward with a new board of directors, and various working committees, as it prepares for the New Year's Day Concert at 4pm, at the historic Meeting House of the First Church of Washington on the Green, and the 2013 Washington Green Summer Concert Series.
